Our end-to-end rating advisory services include inhouse rating assessment, identification and coordination with rating agencies, preparing information decks, developing an optimal positioning strategy and execution support. Our ongoing services include annual rating reviews, periodic communication, impact analysis of capital and funding decisions and rating methodology changes. Our services also include strategic advice to the management for continuous improvement in the company’s credit profile and round the year analytical support.

He has done PGDBM from a leading management institute, Birla Institute of Management Technology in 2005. He brings 16 years of diverse experience in the financial industry spanning over consultancy, credit risk analysis & credit rating, equity research and advising institutional investors.

Gautam has worked with CARE Ratings Ltd as an Associate Director (Large Corporates Ratings. He was also National Sector Head - Renewable Power and a Rating Committee Member. His assignment at CARE Ratings spanned handling of credit rating assignments across diverse sectors, developing analytical framework and rating methodologies, representing the organisation in various forums and imparting knowledge to the team and analysts across offices.

Previously, Gautam started his career in the capital markets space with Bonanza Portfolio Ltd, where he was instrumental in setting up equity research desk. Subsequently he joined Batlivala & Karani Securities Pvt Ltd (one of the leading institutional stock broking & equity research companies in India), where he managed the infrastructure sector equity research team and also overlooked equity research function as a deputy head of research.
